An aluminium profile factory consists of a complex production line where aluminium billets are transformed into aluminium profiles. The plants house extrusion presses with power ranging from 1100 tons to 4000 tons; these powerful machines push aluminium billets, between 5 and 10 inches in diameter, into die under high pressure.
In these factories, billets are heated and pushed into the die requested by the customer. The desired profile is obtained from the other side of the die.
Our production process includes billet ovens for heating billets, cooling tables for cooling profiles, stretching units, and precision saws for cutting to desired lengths.
We can package the profiles we produce and ship them worldwide. Ships depart from Turkish ports, especially Ambarlı port, to destinations all over the world. We can also export to European and Asian countries by road.
